This is the transcript from the video above, it needs tiding up a little as its from YouTube subs.
Hi guys it's Jamie from MaxResultsSEO.com and in this video I'm going to show you how to use my expired, tumblr hunter tool. Those you don't know what tumblr hunter is, it allows you to find expired tumblers that you can re register and use to boost your websites in the SERPS by pointing links from them to your website. Tumblr hunter works by scraping tumblers from Bing using search modifiers.
If you select a niche related search, it will scrape all tumblers related to cats or dogs. So if you don't do a niche related search it will just do random keywords to find tumblers from, okay, so let's start, if you want a niche related tumblr search, enter your keywords in line, separated format here. If you're not bothered about the niche just untick, the niche related search there. Next set the amount of pages you want to scrape from Bing for each keyword. I'd set this quite high, something like 500 okay, so that's all the settings you need to start.
Something else I'd just like to touch on. You can change the amount of Bing requests per minute and the amount of tumblr checks per minute. I generally leave that as they are, though, if you hit their servers Bing and Tumblr too much, they will block your IP, so I just leave those as they are now. Okay, so let's click start and see what we end up with. Okay, so it hasn't been running very long, but you can see. We've already picked up a couple of hits there. So it's found those tumblr blogs by scraping results from Bing.
As I said earlier by seeing what HTTP code we get back when we try and grab that page. So if it's been banned or expired, you get a 404 back if it's there just normally and you'll get 200 back. The problem of a lot of software is does this and it just checks for 404 and then you go to register it and you'll see that because it's been banned, for spam or whatever, although you get 404, you can't just register it and it can be quite a pain checking all those tumblers. What this piece of software does is it actually tries to register them, for you but won't actually register the important bits but it will attempt to see if it will accept the first part of registering to see if it is actually available. So that's about it. I hope you've enjoyed the video and you get some good results of the software. If you have any questions, please message me also: if you'd like anything created, it's got a decent demand for it, then please fill out my suggestion form. Thanks guys.
